Cancellations and Refunds

At The Astro Buddy, our services involve significant prep-work, including the calculation of planetary positions and the detailed analysis of uploaded biological data (palms, faces, and moles) before the session even begins. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund (minus a [5%] processing fee) if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once at no extra cost, provided the request is made 24 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a small administrative fee.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the appointment will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.

2. THE “NO-SHOW” POLICY
  • Waiting Period: Our practitioners will wait for 15 minutes in the designated digital meeting room (Zoom, WhatsApp, or Google Meet).

  • Forfeiture: If you do not join within the 15-minute window, the session is marked as a “No-Show.” No refund will be issued, and the full session fee will be forfeited to compensate the practitioner for their time.

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY BY SERVICE TYPE

4. QUALITY SATISFACTION & DISPUTES
  • Subjective Nature: Metaphysical and spiritual readings are based on energy and interpretation. As such, we do not offer refunds based on “dissatisfaction with the message” or if a prediction does not manifest in the way you expected.

  • Professional Conduct: If a session is terminated by the practitioner due to the client’s disrespectful or abusive behavior, no refund will be issued.

  • Technical Failures: If a session cannot be completed due to a technical failure on The Astro Buddy’s end (internet outage, software crash), we will offer a full refund or a priority reschedule at your preference.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS

If you have accidentally booked the wrong service (e.g., booked “Plant Energy Balancing” instead of “Pet Energy Balancing”), please contact us within 2 hours of the booking. We will adjust the order and invoice/refund the price difference accordingly.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: Send an email to refunds@theastrobuddy.com.

  2. Details: Include your Order ID, the email address used for booking, and the reason for the request.

  3. Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.


7. CHARGEBACKS AND REVERSALS

By using our services, you agree to contact The Astro Buddy support to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unwarranted chargebacks (e.g., for services already rendered) will be contested with evidence of the service delivery and may result in the permanent banning of your account from our platform.
