Welcome to The Astro Buddy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) and The Astro Buddy (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking any spiritual services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. SCOPE OF SPIRITUAL SERVICES

The Astro Buddy provides holistic and metaphysical services, including but not limited to:

  • Divinatory Arts: Tarot Card Reading, Palmistry (Hast Jyotish), Face Reading (Physiognomy), and Mole Reading.

  • Vedic & Western Astrology: Birth Chart Analysis and Planetary Alignments.

  • Energy Sciences: Personal, Home, Pet, and Plant Aura/Chakra Reading and Balancing.

  • Holistic Guidance: Meditation coaching and spiritual lifestyle recommendations.

3. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)

  • Informational Purposes Only: All consultations, readings, and reports are provided for spiritual, educational, and entertainment purposes.

  • Not Professional Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

  • Medical Disclaimer: Energy balancing and health-related readings are intended to support energetic alignment and should never replace consultation with a licensed medical professional or veterinarian (for pets).

  • No Guarantees: Human will and external factors influence the future. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, “miracle cures,” or 100% accuracy in predictive readings.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & SUBMISSIONS

  • Information Accuracy: For accurate Astrology and Numerology reports, you must provide precise birth data (Date, Time, and Location).

  • Image Requirements: For Palmistry, Face, and Mole readings, you are responsible for providing clear, high-resolution photographs as per our technical guidelines. We reserve the right to request resubmission if images are of poor quality.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase through our secure payment gateway.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Refund Policy: * Services: Due to the time and energy intensive nature of our readings, refunds are generally not provided once a session has commenced or a digital report has been delivered.

    • Products: Physical goods (Crystals, Rudraksha, etc.) may be returned within 3 days if they arrive damaged, provided they are in original packaging.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the customized spiritual reports provided to you—is the exclusive property of The Astro Buddy. You are granted a limited license to use your personal reports for private, non-commercial use only. Redistribution or resale of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is paramount. We collect sensitive data (Birth details, Palm/Face images) solely for the purpose of providing your requested services.

  • Images uploaded for readings are stored securely and accessed only by the assigned practitioner.

  • We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Astro Buddy and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or emotional distress) arising out of your use of our services or reliance on the guidance provided.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
